Cypress Islamic Center is pleased to announce an upcoming Quran Recitation & Tajweed class for adult men with Shaykh Mustafa El Anani, certified in Quran recitation with Ijaazah.

Allah ﷻ says:

وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِيلًا

“Recite the Quran with measured recitation.” – Surah al-Muzzammil 73:4

The Prophet ﷺ also said:

“The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.” Sahih al-Bukhari

This is a beautiful opportunity to improve our recitation, strengthen our Tajweed, and build a stronger connection with the Book of Allah.

Shaykh Mustafa has led Taraweeh and Qiyaam Al Layl at CIC, and he has also led Taraweeh in Egypt and Saudi Arabia in the past.

Class Details:

• For: Adults — Men Only, age 15+
• When: Tuesdays after Maghrib Prayer
• Time: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Starting: July 7, 2026
