CIC Ramadan Boys Lock In! March 7, 2026 from 11pm until Fajr

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Boys Lock in at Cypress Islamic Center. We are excited to welcome you on Saturday, March 7, 2026. Please take a moment to read through some important information before proceeding.

Drop-off:
Parents are encouraged to drop off their kids starting at 11:00 pm. This is usually when the taraweeh end and most of the musalleen leave the masjid.
Pick-up:
Since we plan to do suhoor together, please pick up after salat-ul-fajr, which will be at 7 am.
I’tikaf participants:
We are expecting some community members to be at the masjid overnight for I’tikaf, we will ask the participants to not disturb anyone on I’tikaf and will request the lock-in participants to stay away from the I’tikaf designated area throughout the night.
General Guidelines:

The management will require you to cooperate with them and follow their instructions for the duration of the Event. The Event organizers will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security during the Event.

We would like to emphasize that the participants are not allowed to leave the masjid premises, unless with a parent/guardian. Failure to abide by this will result in the participant having to leave the lock-in early.

Participants are expected to take care of themselves and clean up after themselves. Respect for the masjid property and other participants is essential. This also includes respecting others, following instructions, refraining from disruptive behavior, and maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere throughout the Event.

Things to Bring (Optional but recommended):

Sleeping bag/blanket, pillow, Notebook & pen, toothpaste, brush, etc.
