Field Trip to Amaanah Refugee

Cypress Sunday School is organizing a field trip to support the refugees in Houston. We will visit Amaanah Refugee Center, 10333 Harwin Drive Ste. 675, Houston, TX 77036
When: Saturday, March 26, 2016 10 AM – 12 PM
Where : 10333 Harwin Drive Ste. 675, Houston, TX 77036
In sha Allah we plan to leave at 9 AM from the masjid on March 26. Also, we are looking for parent volunteers to drive some of the students. The earlier the better since they have limited space. Each student (who’s parent is not going) are asked to send us an email to provide consent for your child(ren).
About the Trip
Description: Every other month, Amaanah hosts a family-friendly service day for volunteers ages 5+. This month’s theme is Go Green and Spring Clean. All volunteers are encouraged to wear their favorite shade of green while restocking shelves and recycling old clothing from Amaanah’s Attic, our donations store. Spots are limited, so sign up (one slot per adult) as soon as you can!
